The website is full of interesting items relating to jazz, however you don’t have to be “into jazz” to enjoy the extensive information on the site.

To help you navigate your way around The Jazz Man following is a list of pages (or chapters if you like) with a brief explanation of what’s on each.

Sinatra and the jazz Connection
A look at the “jazz” side of Frank Sinatra, who once said he was influenced by Billie Holiday. Sinatra although not considered a jazz singer did record and socialize with some of the biggest names in jazz.

At the top of this page can click on other Sinatra subjects that include Sinatraspeak the “cool” hip slang words that were used by Sinatra and his buddies, along with their meanings. Frank facts – the good, the bad and the Uglycovers all of the above – many that you may have not known about. After all we’re talking about Sinatra here!

Jazz on Radio
A listing of jazz on radio, which at the time of this Newsletter comprises only Melbourne, Australia information. If you are reading this from interstate or outside Australia and would like a radio stations jazz programs listed just e-mail us the details.
